What is a nose simulation?
A nose simulation is a preview tool that helps people considering rhinoplasty visualise a possible result before surgery. Only the nose is edited in the photo you upload; the rest of your face, your skin tone, the lighting and the background stay exactly as they are.
The aim is not to draw a perfect nose but to show how a natural, harmonious and unnoticeable change might suit your face.
How does it work?
- Upload your photo. Choose a photo from your device or take one with your phone camera. To continue, you need to consent to your photo being processed for this purpose.
- Your facial proportions are assessed. The AI examines the nasal bridge, the tip, the angle between the nose and the upper lip, and the overall proportions of your face.
- A suitable profile is calculated. It is based on the aesthetic measures used in facial plastic surgery. The nose is planned conservatively so that it stays in proportion with your chin, lips and eye distance.
- The image is prepared. Before and after are compared in the same frame with a draggable slider. You can download the result to your device.
Photo tips for an accurate result
- Choose a photo showing your face in profile or straight from the front, with the nose line clearly visible.
- Use daylight or even, soft lighting; avoid one half of the face being in shadow.
- Hold the camera at eye level and do not shoot too close; wide angles make the nose look larger than it is.
- Keep a neutral expression; a broad smile changes the position of the nasal tip.
- Remove your glasses and keep your hair away from your face.
- Avoid photos with filters or beauty effects.
- Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP file of up to 8 MB.
What the simulation shows and what it does not
The simulation gives you a sense of a general direction and of proportions that could suit your face, and helps you describe your expectations more clearly at your consultation.
It does not, however, show or guarantee a surgical outcome. The actual result depends on the inner structure of your nose (bone, cartilage, septum), your skin thickness, your breathing function and your healing. These can only be assessed in an examination.
Successful aesthetics is unnoticeable, natural-looking and lets you breathe healthily.
Privacy and your data
